Toxic: anything containing poisonous material capable of causing serious sickness or even DEATH.

Share some of the words that have shaped your view of yourself. Which of these are God’s truth and which are just trash? Who are some people you have hurt with your words? How can you begin to repair that damage? What are some areas of your life that you need to speak God’s truth to?
