Joshua 19

1 And the second lot came out for Simeon, even for the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families: and their inheritance was in the midst of the inheritance of the children of Judah.2 And they had for their inheritance Beer-sheba, or Sheba, and Moladah,3 and Hazar-shual, and Balah, and Ezem,4 and Eltolad, and Bethul, and Hormah,5 and Ziklag, and Beth-marcaboth, and Hazar-susah,6 and Beth-lebaoth, and Sharuhen; thirteen cities with their villages:7 Ain, Rimmon, and Ether, and Ashan; four cities with their villages:8 and all the villages that were round about these cities to Baalath-beer, Ramah of the South. This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families.9 Out of the part of the children of Judah was the inheritance of the children of Simeon; for the portion of the children of Judah was too much for them: therefore the children of Simeon had inheritance in the midst of their inheritance.

10 And the third lot came up for the children of Zebulun according to their families; and the border of their inheritance was unto Sarid;11 and their border went up westward, even to Maralah, and reached to Dabbesheth; and it reached to the brook that is before Jokneam;12 and it turned from Sarid eastward toward the sunrising unto the border of Chisloth-tabor; and it went out to Daberath, and went up to Japhia;13 and from thence it passed along eastward to Gath-hepher, to Eth-kazin; and it went out at Rimmon which stretcheth unto Neah;14 and the border turned about it on the north to Hannathon; and the goings out thereof were at the valley of Iphtah-el;15 and Kattath, and Nahalal, and Shimron, and Idalah, and Bethlehem: twelve cities with their villages.16 This is the inheritance of the children of Zebulun according to their families, these cities with their villages.

17 The fourth lot came out for Issachar, even for the children of Issachar according to their families.18 And their border was unto Jezreel, and Chesulloth, and Shunem,19 and Hapharaim, and Shion, and Anaharath,20 and Rabbith, and Kishion, and Ebez,21 and Remeth, and Engannim, and En-haddah, and Beth-pazzez,22 and the border reached to Tabor, and Shahazumah, and Beth-shemesh; and the goings out of their border were at the Jordan: sixteen cities with their villages.23 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Issachar according to their families, the cities with their villages.

24 And the fifth lot came out for the tribe of the children of Asher according to their families.25 And their border was Helkath, and Hali, and Beten, and Achshaph,26 and Allammelech, and Amad, and Mishal; and it reached to Carmel westward, and to Shihor-libnath;27 and it turned toward the sunrising to Beth-dagon, and reached to Zebulun, and to the valley of Iphtah-el northward to Beth-emek and Neiel; and it went out to Cabul on the left hand,28 and Ebron, and Rehob, and Hammon, and Kanah, even unto great Sidon;29 and the border turned to Ramah, and to the fortified city of Tyre; and the border turned to Hosah; and the goings out thereof were at the sea by the region of Achzib;30 Ummah also, and Aphek, and Rehob: twenty and two cities with their villages.31 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Asher according to their families, these cities with their villages.

32 The sixth lot came out for the children of Naphtali, even for the children of Naphtali according to their families.33 And their border was from Heleph, from the oak in Zaanannim, and Adaminekeb, and Jabneel, unto Lakkum; and the goings out thereof were at the Jordan;34 and the border turned westward to Aznoth-tabor, and went out from thence to Hukkok; and it reached to Zebulun on the south, and reached to Asher on the west, and to Judah at the Jordan toward the sunrising.35 And the fortified cities were Ziddim, Zer, and Hammath, Rakkath, and Chinnereth,36 and Adamah, and Ramah, and Hazor,37 and Kedesh, and Edrei, and En-hazor,38 And Iron, and Migdal-el, Horem, and Beth-anath, and Beth-shemesh; nineteen cities with their villages.39 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Naphtali according to their families, the cities with their villages.

40 The seventh lot came out for the tribe of the children of Dan according to their families.41 And the border of their inheritance was Zorah, and Eshtaol, and Ir-shemesh,42 and Shaalabbin, and Aijalon, and Ithlah,43 and Elon, and Timnah, and Ekron,44 and Eltekeh, and Gibbethon, and Baalath,45 and Jehud, and Bene-berak, and Gath-rimmon,46 and Me-jarkon, and Rakkon, with the border over against Joppa.47 And the border of the children of Dan went out beyond them; for the children of Dan went up and fought against Leshem, and took it, and smote it with the edge of the sword, and possessed it, and dwelt therein, and called Leshem, Dan, after the name of Dan their father.48 This is the inheritance of the tribe of the children of Dan according to their families, these cities with their villages.

49 So they made an end of distributing the land for inheritance by the borders thereof; and the children of Israel gave an inheritance to Joshua the son of Nun in the midst of them:50 according to the commandment of Jehovah they gave him the city which he asked, even Timnath-serah in the hill-country of Ephraim; and he built the city, and dwelt therein.

51 These are the inheritances, which Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun, and the heads of the fathers’ houses of the tribes of the children of Israel, distributed for inheritance by lot in Shiloh before Jehovah, at the door of the tent of meeting. So they made an end of dividing the land.

시므온 지파의 땅

1 두 번째로 시므온 곧 시므온 자손 지파의 각 가문의 몫을 결정할 제비를 뽑았다. 그들의 유산은 유다 자손의 몫 가운데서 차지하였다. 2 다음은 그들이 차지한 유산이다. 브엘세바 곧 세바와 몰라다와 3 하살수알과 발라와 에셈과 4 엘돌랏과 브둘과 호르마와 5 시글락과 벳말가봇과 하살수사와 6 벳르바옷과 사루헨, 이렇게 열세 성읍과 그 주변 마을들, 7 또 아인과 림몬과 에델과 아산, 이렇게 네 성읍과 그 주변 마을들, 8 또 남쪽 라마 곧 바알랏브엘까지, 이 성읍들을 둘러 있는 모든 마을이 시므온 자손의 지파가 그 가문을 따라 받은 유산이다. 9 시므온 자손은 유다 자손의 몫 가운데서 그들의 유산을 받았다. 유다 자손의 몫이 필요 이상으로 크기 때문에, 시므온 자손이 그들의 몫을 유다 지파의 유산 가운데서 받은 것이다.

스불론 지파의 땅

10 세 번째로 스불론 자손의 각 가문의 몫을 결정할 제비를 뽑았다. 그들이 받은 유산의 경계선은 사릿까지 미치고, 11 거기서 서쪽으로 올라가서 마랄라에 이르고, 답베셋을 만나서 욕느암 맞은쪽 개울에 미친다. 12 그 경계선이 사릿에서부터는 동쪽으로 돌아서 해 뜨는 쪽으로 기슬롯다볼의 경계선에 이르고, 다브랏까지 나아가서 야비아로 올라간다. 13 거기에서부터 동쪽으로 가드헤벨을 지나서 엣가신에 이르고, 림몬으로 나와서 네아 쪽으로 구부러진다. 14 거기에서 경계선은 북쪽으로 돌아서 한나돈까지 가고, 입다엘 골짜기에 이르러서 그 끝이 된다. 15 또 갓닷과 나할랄과 시므론과 이달라와 베들레헴, 이렇게 열두 성읍과 그 주변 마을들이 여기에 포함된다. 16 이 성읍들과 그 주변 마을은, 스불론 자손이 그 가문을 따라 얻은 유산이다.

잇사갈 지파의 땅

17 네 번째로 잇사갈 곧 잇사갈 자손의 각 가문의 몫을 결정할 제비를 뽑았다. 18 그들이 받은 땅은 이스르엘과 그술롯과 수넴과 19 하바라임과 시온과 아나하랏과 20 랍빗과 기시온과 에베스와 21 레멧과 언간님과 엔핫다와 벳바세스이다. 22 그 경계선은 다볼과 사하수마와 벳세메스와 맞닿고, 그 경계선의 끝은 요단 강이다. 모두 열여섯 성읍과 그 주변 마을들이다. 23 이것이 잇사갈 자손의 지파가 그 가문을 따라 유산으로 받은 성읍들과 그 주변 마을들이다.

아셀 지파의 땅

24 다섯 번째로 아셀 자손 지파의 각 가문의 몫을 결정할 제비를 뽑았다. 25 그들이 받은 땅은 헬갓과 할리와 베덴과 악삽과 26 알람멜렉과 아맛과 미살이며, 서쪽으로는 갈멜과 시홀림낫과 만난다. 27 거기에서 해 뜨는 쪽으로 벳다곤을 돌아서 북쪽으로 스불론과 입다엘 골짜기를 만나고, 벳에멕과 느이엘에 이르러서 왼쪽으로 가불을 지나며, 28 에브론과 르홉과 함몬과 가나를 거쳐 큰 시돈에까지 이른다. 29 또 그 경계선은 라마 쪽으로 돌아서 요새화된 성읍 두로에까지 이르고, 호사로 돌아서 악십 지방에 이르러, 지중해가 그 끝이 된다. 30 또 움마와 아벡과 르홉이라는 스물두 성읍과 그 주변 마을들이다. 31 이것이 아셀 자손의 지파가 그 가문을 따라 유산으로 받은 성읍과 그 주변 마을들이다.

납달리 지파의 땅

32 여섯 번째로 납달리 자손 차례가 되어, 납달리 자손의 각 가문의 몫을 결정할 제비를 뽑았다. 33 그 경계선은 헬렙과 사아난님의 상수리나무로부터 아다미네겝과 얍느엘을 지나 락굼까지이며, 그 끝은 요단 강이다. 34 또 그 경계선은 서쪽으로 아스놋다볼을 돌아서 그 곳에서 훅곡에 이르고, 남쪽으로는 스불론을 만나고, 서쪽으로는 아셀을 만나며, 해 돋는 요단 강 쪽으로는 유다와 만난다. 35 요새화된 성읍들로는 싯딤과 세르와 함맛과 락갓과 긴네렛과 36 아다마와 라마와 하솔과 37 게데스와 에드레이와 엔하솔과 38 이론과 믹다렐과 호렘과 벳아낫과 벳세메스, 이렇게 모두 열아홉 성읍과 그 주변 마을들이다. 39 이것이 납달리 자손의 지파가 그 가문을 따라 유산으로 얻은 성읍과 그 주변 마을들이다.

단 지파의 땅

40 일곱 번째로 단 자손 지파의 각 가문의 몫을 결정할 제비를 뽑았다. 41 그들이 받은 유산의 경계선은 소라와 에스다올과 이르세메스와 42 사알랍빈과 아얄론과 이들라와 43 엘론과 딤나와 에그론과 44 엘드게와 깁브돈과 바알랏과 45 여훗과 브네브락과 가드림몬과 46 메얄곤과 락곤과 욥바 맞은쪽 지역이다. 47 그러나 단 자손은 그들의 땅을 잃었을 때에 레센까지 올라가서, 그 주민들과 싸워 칼로 쳐서 무찌르고, 그 곳을 점령하였다. 그들은 거기에 살면서, 그들의 조상 단의 이름을 따라 레센을 단이라고 불렀다. 48 이것이 단 자손의 지파가 그 가문을 따라 유산으로 얻은 성읍과 그 주변 마을들이다.

땅 분할 완료

49  이스라엘 자손이 이렇게 그들의 경계선을 따라 땅 나누기를 마친 다음에, 그들은 눈의 아들 여호수아에게 자기들의 땅에서 얼마를 떼어 여호수아의 유산으로 주었다. 50 그들은 주님께서 말씀하신 대로, 여호수아가 요구한 에브라임 산간지방에 있는 성읍 딤낫세라를 그에게 주었다. 여호수아는 거기에 성읍을 세우고, 그 곳에서 살았다. 51 이것이 엘르아살 제사장과 눈의 아들 여호수아와 이스라엘 자손 지파의 족장들이 실로의 회막 문 곧 주님 앞에서 제비를 뽑아서 나눈 유산이다. 이와 같이 하여 땅 나누기를 모두 마쳤다.
