Leviticus 7

1 And this is the law of the trespass-offering: it is most holy.2 In the place where they kill the burnt-offering shall they kill the trespass-offering; and the blood thereof shall he sprinkle upon the altar round about.3 And he shall offer of it all the fat thereof: the fat tail, and the fat that covereth the inwards,4 and the two kidneys, and the fat that is on them, which is by the loins, and the caul upon the liver, with the kidneys, shall he take away;5 and the priest shall burn them upon the altar for an offering made by fire unto Jehovah: it is a trespass-offering.6 Every male among the priests shall eat thereof: it shall be eaten in a holy place: it is most holy.7 As is the sin-offering, so is the trespass-offering; there is one law for them: the priest that maketh atonement therewith, he shall have it.8 And the priest that offereth any man’s burnt-offering, even the priest shall have to himself the skin of the burnt-offering which he hath offered.9 And every meal-offering that is baken in the oven, and all that is dressed in the frying-pan, and on the baking-pan, shall be the priest’s that offereth it.10 And every meal-offering, mingled with oil, or dry, shall all the sons of Aaron have, one as well as another.

11 And this is the law of the sacrifice of peace-offerings, which one shall offer unto Jehovah.12 If he offer it for a thanksgiving, then he shall offer with the sacrifice of thanksgiving unleavened cakes mingled with oil, and unleavened wafers anointed with oil, and cakes mingled with oil, of fine flour soaked.13 With cakes of leavened bread he shall offer his oblation with the sacrifice of his peace-offerings for thanksgiving.14 And of it he shall offer one out of each oblation for a heave-offering unto Jehovah; it shall be the priest’s that sprinkleth the blood of the peace-offerings.

15 And the flesh of the sacrifice of his peace-offerings for thanksgiving shall be eaten on the day of his oblation; he shall not leave any of it until the morning.16 But if the sacrifice of his oblation be a vow, or a freewill-offering, it shall be eaten on the day that he offereth his sacrifice; and on the morrow that which remaineth of it shall be eaten:17 but that which remaineth of the flesh of the sacrifice on the third day shall be burnt with fire.18 And if any of the flesh of the sacrifice of his peace-offerings be eaten on the third day, it shall not be accepted, neither shall it be imputed unto him that offereth it: it shall be an abomination, and the soul that eateth of it shall bear his iniquity.

19 And the flesh that toucheth any unclean thing shall not be eaten; it shall be burnt with fire. And as for the flesh, every one that is clean shall eat thereof:20 but the soul that eateth of the flesh of the sacrifice of peace-offerings, that pertain unto Jehovah, having his uncleanness upon him, that soul shall be cut off from his people.21 And when any one shall touch any unclean thing, the uncleanness of man, or an unclean beast, or any unclean abomination, and eat of the flesh of the sacrifice of peace-offerings, which pertain unto Jehovah, that soul shall be cut off from his people.

22 And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,23 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, Ye shall eat no fat, of ox, or sheep, or goat.24 And the fat of that which dieth of itself, and the fat of that which is torn of beasts, may be used for any other service; but ye shall in no wise eat of it.25 For whosoever eateth the fat of the beast, of which men offer an offering made by fire unto Jehovah, even the soul that eateth it shall be cut off from his people.26 And ye shall eat no manner of blood, whether it be of bird or of beast, in any of your dwellings.27 Whosoever it be that eateth any blood, that soul shall be cut off from his people.

28 And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,29 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, He that offereth the sacrifice of his peace-offerings unto Jehovah shall bring his oblation unto Jehovah out of the sacrifice of his peace-offerings:30 his own hands shall bring the offerings of Jehovah made by fire; the fat with the breast shall he bring, that the breast may be waved for a wave-offering before Jehovah.31 And the priest shall burn the fat upon the altar; but the breast shall be Aaron’s and his sons’.32 And the right thigh shall ye give unto the priest for a heave-offering out of the sacrifices of your peace-offerings.33 He among the sons of Aaron that offereth the blood of the peace-offerings, and the fat, shall have the right thigh for a portion.34 For the wave-breast and the heave-thigh have I taken of the children of Israel out of the sacrifices of their peace-offerings, and have given them unto Aaron the priest and unto his sons as their portion for ever from the children of Israel.

35 This is the anointing-portion of Aaron, and the anointing-portion of his sons, out of the offerings of Jehovah made by fire, in the day when he presented them to minister unto Jehovah in the priest’s office;36 which Jehovah commanded to be given them of the children of Israel, in the day that he anointed them. It is their portion for ever throughout their generations.

37 This is the law of the burnt-offering, of the meal-offering, and of the sin-offering, and of the trespass-offering, and of the consecration, and of the sacrifice of peace-offerings;38 which Jehovah commanded Moses in mount Sinai, in the day that he commanded the children of Israel to offer their oblations unto Jehovah, in the wilderness of Sinai.

Flere lover om skyldoffer

1 Dette er loven om skyldofferet: Det er høyhellig. 2 På det stedet hvor brennofferet blir slaktet, skal skyldofferet slaktes. Blodet skal stenkes rundt om på alteret. s3 Alt fettet skal ofres, både fetthalen og fettet som dekker innvollene, 4 begge nyrene med det fettet som er på dem ved hoftene, og den store leverlappen, den skal tas ut sammen med nyrene. s5 Og presten skal brenne det på alteret som ildoffer til Herren. Det er et skyldoffer. 6 Alle menn som er prester, kan ete det. På et hellig sted skal det etes, det er høyhellig. s7 Med skyldofferet skal det være som med syndofferet, samme lov gjelder for dem begge. Det skal tilhøre den presten som gjør soning med det. s8 Når en prest ofrer brennoffer for noen, så skal huden av det brennofferet han har ofret, tilhøre den samme presten. 9 Hvert matoffer som bakes i ovn eller som stekes i panne eller på helle, skal tilhøre den presten som ofrer det. s10 Men hvert matoffer som er blandet med olje, eller som er tørt, skal tilhøre alle Arons sønner, den ene som den andre. s

11 Dette er loven om fredsofferet som ofres til Herren: s12 Dersom noen ofrer det til takkoffer, så skal han i tillegg til slaktofferet som bæres fram til takkoffer, ofre usyrede kaker med olje i og usyrede brødleiver smurt med olje, og fint mel knadd til kaker med olje i. 13 Dette er den offergaven han skal bære fram i tillegg til det slaktofferet som bæres fram til takkoffer og fredsoffer, og dessuten syrede kaker. 14 Av dette offeret skal han bære fram en kake av hvert slag som gave til Herren. Det skal tilhøre presten som stenker fredsofferets blod på alteret. 15 Kjøttet av et fredsoffer som bæres fram som takkoffer, skal etes på den dagen det ofres. Det må ikke bli liggende noe av det til om morgenen. 16 Dersom hans slaktoffer er et løfteoffer eller et frivillig offer, skal det etes på den dagen det ofres. Men det som blir tilbake, kan etes den neste dagen. s17 Det som ennå blir tilbake av slaktofferets kjøtt, skal brennes opp med ild på den tredje dagen. 18 Om noen på den tredje dagen eter av fredsofferets kjøtt, da har Herren ikke velbehag i offeret. Det skal ikke regnes den som ofret det til gode, det skal være en styggedom. Om noen eter av det, da fører han skyld over seg. 19 Kjøtt* som kommer nær noe urent, skal ikke etes, det skal brennes opp med ild. Ellers kan alle som er rene, ete av kjøttet. t20 Men den som eter kjøtt av Herrens fredsoffer mens det er noe urent på ham, han skal utryddes av sitt folk. 21 Når noen rører ved noe urent, enten det er et menneskes urenhet eller et urent dyr eller noe annet urent og motbydelig, og så eter av kjøttet fra Herrens fredsoffer, da skal han utryddes av sitt folk. s

22 Og Herren talte til Moses og sa: 23 Tal til Israels barn og si: Dere skal ikke ete fett av okse eller sau eller geit. s24 Fettet av et selvdødt dyr eller av et dyr som er revet i hjel, kan nyttes til forskjellig bruk, men dere må ikke ete det. s25 Hver den som eter fettet av noe dyr som det ofres ildoffer av til Herren, han skal utryddes av sitt folk. 26 Blod skal dere ikke ete, verken av fugl eller fe, hvor dere så bor. s27 Hver den som noen gang eter blod, han skal utryddes av sitt folk.

28 Og Herren talte til Moses og sa: 29 Tal til Israels barn og si: Den som ofrer sitt fredsslaktoffer til Herren, han skal selv bære fram for Herren sin offergave av sitt fredsslaktoffer. 30 Med egne hender skal han bære fram Herrens ildoffer. Både fettet og brystet skal han bære fram, og brystet skal svinges for Herrens åsyn. 31 Presten skal brenne fettet på alteret, men brystet skal høre Aron og hans sønner til. 32 Og det høyre låret skal dere gi presten som gave av deres fredsoffer. 33 Den av Arons sønner som ofrer fredsofferblodet og fettet, han skal ha det høyre låret som sin del. 34 For svingebrystet og løftelåret har jeg mottatt fra Israels barn av deres fredsslaktoffer og gitt det til Aron, presten, og til hans sønner, som en evig rettighet de kan kreve av Israels barn.

35 Dette er Arons del og hans sønners del av Herrens ildoffer. Det blir gitt dem på den dagen de føres fram for å tjene Herren som prester. s36 Det er den del som Herren befalte at Israels barn skulle gi dem på den dagen de blir salvet, en evig rettighet, fra slekt til slekt. 37 Dette er loven om brennofferet, om matofferet og om syndofferet og om skyldofferet og om innvielsesofferet og om fredsofferet, s38 den som Herren ga Moses på Sinai berg den dagen han bød Israels barn at de skulle ofre til Herren sine offer i Sinai ørken.
