What do I live by? Sinful nature or the Spirit

There are 2 mind sets here. One that lives by the sinful nature and one that lives by the Spirit. The sinful nature leads to death; the Spirit leads to life and peace.
Characteristics of the sinful nature is that it is hostile to God, doesn't consider or obey God's law and it can not please God.
Whereas a life led by the Spirit brings life and peace, it is opposite to the sinful life - it is pleasing to God, obediece to God's voice and wants to listen.
I am so challenged by this passage, and I found myself drawn back to Roamns 7: 15 "I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do." How many times do I want to be led by God and not my sinful nature, but how many times am I swayed and draw in by myself and not by God....
