O- This is holiness in both the commission and the omission. Acting to care for widows and orphans and not doing things that would foul us or make us unclean.
A- God considers this to be religion that is pleasing. It's action and self-discipline. Reaching out to others and not being polluted by others.
P- God, please help me to love the orphans and to not be tainted by the things of this world.
