A Lesson in Leadership

I just came across a valuable lesson in leadership from this Scripture and that is always pray for someone else to take your place so Kingdom work can continue. Moses knew he would not see the Promised Land but it did not keep him from asking God to send someone to continue the work. God's work is never finished here on this earth but continues to the next round.
