Busted Relationships
We sense a separation when we sin. The magnetic push away from God happens whether we want it to or not. We are distanced, we lose closeness. The distance from God separates us from His spirit and that pushes us away from healthy living. When we are distanced from God it is only natural that we will begin to feel additional distance and even some discomforts in our relationships with others. Sin busts up relationships. The more sin, the more distance. How will we ever feel closeness again?
The grace of God. The gift of Jesus. Good Friday, the cross, the betrayal, the grace, the forgiveness, the tomb, the stone, rolled away, empty, abandoned grave clothes, resurrected, death is undone, eternal life.
