Sabbath day: Seventh day of the week
The Sabbath is the seventh-day of the week, according to Exodus 20 (the Ten Commandments). According to Mark 16, Jesus rose on the first day of the week which we call Sunday, which means that the seventh-day is Saturday. Saturday is the Sabbath. This is the one commandment that seems to cause a lot of contentions. Jesus says in John 14:15 if you love me keep my commandments. Further, 1 John 5:3 states that His commandments are not grievous.
