Does God trust you? You say that you believe in him, you go to church, you pray and worship but does He believe you? How do you make sure that you and God are in synch? In three ways.

1. Check your MOTIVES.
Ask yourself, why do I believe in God? Is it because I want something from him and by believing in him, I will ensure to get it? Motives can be a tricky thing.

2. List your WANTS.
Make a list of all the things you want. All of them. Don't leave out a thing. Here is why you are doing this: the things you want could become the reason you trust in God. So, make sure you know them.

3. Burn the LIST.
Decide at this moment that even if you don't get what you want in life that you will still trust in God. Burn the list.

Here is the point, you don't need a miracle, an answer to a prayer, a sign, a 'supernatural move of God', a 'word' or anything else that God could do for you to trust in him. Stop trying to get something from him. Simply trust him for who He is. Simply love him. That's all. The pressure is off. Just love him.
