Hear & Understand Truth

It is certainly important for us to "hear" the word of God, "faith cometh by hearing". In order for "truth" to have it's intended consequence, it (truth) must be understood. "You will know the truth and the truth (you know) will make you free".

Paul indicates in verse 6 that the "good news" or God's truth is changing ing lives all over the world just like it did in you when you HEARD and when you UNDERSTOOD God's truth.
