Everlasting King
God did no lack a man to be on the throne. For as we know Jesus is a descendant of David and sits on the throne forever and ever Amen!
Now when I did my devos today I asked God a question. I asked Him to tell me what He thinks of me. And as I began to read what Solomon the King of Israel prayed to God. That in all these situations and circumstances that God would hear all of these cries of Israel and rescue them. I could relate with a lot of these faults that Solomon would talk about. "If they sin and repent forgive them." All these different things Solomon cries out I'm thinking that's me. And I hear Jesus saying "well Lyle the one Giving forgiveness that's me. The one asking the Father for forgiveness that's me. The King on the throne forever and ever that's me. And this is what I think of you." Man that God would forgive me in all these ways, that He would see my heart and later on it says "ONLY HE knows every mans heart" Man that God would know my heart and see it and be a part of it. That's impacting. Praise the Lord I have a mighty mighty King who sits on the throne forever and ever, and reigns in LOVE!
