Paul says his joy is completed in our mind or perception of one another. He longs for these things to be reality among and through us.

• Same love(τήν αγάπην έχοντες) - "the love you hold" or "holding you love", in the sense of shared love
  
  Shared soul/spirit(συμψυχος) - often translated "harmony"
  
  One mind(εν φρονούντες) - literally 'one thinking' with one being numerated, not a uniqueness.
  
  These are ideals to aspire to, positions that we should desire. They are not a guarantee, otherwise Paul would not have made this a command. He says "FILL UP MY JOY!" It is an order.(The KJV's translation of "fulfill" is more appropriate than "complete".)
