Results of Worries; Headaches, Backaches, Fatigue, Muscle Tension, Chest Pains, Shortness of Breath, Restlessness, High Blood Pressure, Feeling of Loneliness & Isolation, Depression, Ulcers, Difficulty Concentrating, Sleep Disturbance, Unsatisfying Sleep, Anxiety, etc -Be careful for nothing, be anxious for nothing -Don't go into pieces because we are pulled apart or distracted -Peace = God's gift of wholeness -The peace of God is superior to all comprehension -When we worry, we worry in our mind and our heart -God's peace will keep our hearts and minds through Jesus Christ -By keep, it means guard or secure our hearts and minds through Jesus Christ -A keeper, or goalie, in soccer is supposed to guard the goal, God is our keeper -God makes sure that our enemys never score a goal against us -If we truly believed that God is on our side, why do we worry? -Worrys lead to all kinds of depressing things while god is watching us keeping us in perfect peace -The fight of worry is against our wholeness -Worrys cloud our mind -To avoid worry; don't fret, trust in the lord, delight yourself in the lord, commit your ways to god, be still in his presence, and refrain from anger
