Jesus is not like any other
In Matthew 23:7-8 Jesus tells his disciples of the Pharisees and how they act. Specifically in verse seven how they like to be called "Rabbi, Rabbi". Interestingly enough in this verse Judas calls Jesus "Rabbi, Rabbi". Is this his way of slapping Jesus in the face? Or is it the opposite? In verse 8 of Matthew 23 Jesus says to call no man teacher except that that of Christ, because he is the great teacher. Regardless of Judas' intent I'm assuming that Jesus' words were running through his head when he acknowledged who Jesus was for the soldiers.
