B90X - Joshua 6
This chapter tells us that God's commands do not always make sense to us. We might not understand why he commands us to do something, like march around a city silently six times and then sound trumpets loudly on the seventh in order to capture a city.
It also tells us that God keeps his promises, and can therefore be trusted. This is made clear by Rahab and her family being kept safe.
I am not sure why God destroyed all the other people in the city, but there are a lot of things about God that I might not understand. This may have been because it was still in the time of the "old law" because Jesus had not come yet. Forgiveness of sins was diffferent in the old law compared to now.
