One Lesson from Job
One lesson from the book of Job to us. When we come to help others it is critical that we stay connected to the Spirit. Despite our motives to do good Satan can use our actions to do good for evil if we are not vigilant to stay in Gods will. We sometimes think because our motives are good we don't have to be careful. We can become easily angered if someone, or even if the Spirit tries to correct us saying to our self " but what I am doing is for God." Even if our original motives are good Satan can corrupt them if we begin to walk on our own. Job then has a lesson of legalism. Good 'works' outside the will of God and there destructive work on a man who just needed encouragement to stay strong in a time of great testing.
