So Walk

Many of us have had contact with those whom, once they declare their Christianity, have shocked us. They have no evidence of a relationship with Jesus. They show no growth or spiritual fruit. This is not how it is supposed to work.

I need to hold fast to the Head, Christ Jesus, and grow in that relationship. When I let my grip on Christ slip, I will slow my walk in Christ. I don't want to see that.

Father, help me to walk in Christ faithfully and to hold fast to Him that I may grow and become stronger. I want to be one whom others will know that I live that which I profess. Amen.
