Jesus owes me...

Wow! This struck me today. Yes, I am to seek treasure in heaven... Yes, God has promised blessings... Yes, God is a good gift giver...

But who am I to expect blessing and gifts just because I've done my duty!

I say to God, "Ok, I won't do this sin... but you have to bless me!" or "I was generous and forgave someone... now You have to do something for me!"

Sometimes I'm such a consumer!
