This is one of my favorite sections of scripture. Jesus knows He will bring Lazarus back to life. He knows the disciples don't get it. He knows Caiaphas (the high priest) is about to begin the process of trying to take him out. In the midst of all this Jesus has deep compassion for His hurting friends. This is the Christ! In the midst of chaos His heart is with us!
