Blind followers

It does not clearly say how long it took Jesus to walk home, but irrespective of the distance, it would have been quite an effort for the two blind men to follow him... Try walking for 30 seconds with closed eyes... Tricky? Now imagine doing this - AND following somebody... These men would have had to be very determined to succeed in following Jesus to his home... Once home Jesus asks them... What do you want me to do for you... He still popped the question- allowing them to verbalise their faith in what Jesus could do for them:

When Jesus got home, the blind men went in with him. Jesus said to them, "Do you really believe I can do this?" They said, "Why, yes, Master!" (Matthew 9:28 MSG)

"Do you REALLY believe?" - one would think that their actions alone would answer the question... Yet expressing it in words seem important still...

The determined faith of the blind men redefined them. Their faith turned them from blind men to simple men. They saw more with their eyes of faith than the religious leaders of their time.

What do you see? Does it define who you are to become?
