The bible is more, Then just stories of old, And even much more, The the prophets Who told, It was written in a way, That was meant to confuse, The non-believers Who would use it, As a tool just to use, But if you read it as a child, With no preconceptions at all, It becomes a living thing, And to you it will call, You'll become so engrossed, In what it has to say, You'll want to read it more, And more every day, The holy spirit will help, to reveal what you need, But you must take the first step, And pick it up and just read, The journey is different , For everyone who does go, But the most beautiful part, Is the Lord you will know!!!
