begin with the end in mind

- 1 Peter 1:9 (NCV)
These verses intrigue me...
It's like Peter was constantly looking to the 'end' but living in the now. I guess when you get to see Jesus ascend into Heaven, personally, you tend to live more focused on the prize!
So the challenge is to:
- perfect your faith (v.7),
- grow in love & joy (v.8) and,
- live ready (v.9).
Oh, and as you do these things, spend more & more time with the ONE thing that never dies:
The Scripture says, “All people are like the grass, and all their glory is like the flowers of the field. The grass dies and the flowers fall, 25 but the word of the Lord will live forever.” And this is the word that was preached to you. (v. 24-25 ncv).
