leading or following?

I wonder what I would have done in Sauls situation? Would I have chosen action over faithfulness? It's easy to judge the man having not walked in his shoes. But I know what it's like to have the ranks not happy with you, to have advisors whisper in your ear calling for action.

The question becomes, who do you desire to please? Saul may win the battle, but he will lose his inheritance...
