Jesus IS the radiance of God
Who created the world? Genisis 1:1 In the beginning God created... Jesus is God, Jesus is the Exact Imprint of His nature, Jesus is the Radiance of God. Jesus says He is the light of the world and being the "radiance of God" this makes perfect sense. He is part of the very essence of God. Can we say we ARE the radiance of God? Can any man? We are to be the light of the world, but it is God's light shining through us, not that we ARE light.
Jesus made the purifications for sins, Jesus sat down because it is finished, He did what He came to do. He became more superior to angels because He was before them! He created them! and He became supeior because, He choseto become flesh and live among us. Jesus is Emmanuel! God with us!
Jesus, you became one of us, out of such a deep love. Who could do this for anyone, anything? Only God! Such a sinner, and unworthy person, yet you came for me. I thank you with all that I am, for plucking me out of that dead life and putting me on the path that leads Home! Wow, me, nothing of a person me, yet you created me for more. I pray I consistantly hear and follow your voice, and live life for the reason you created me! Thank you, my thanks will never be enough, but I am so thankful!
