Nothing good comes easy.
As christians, we should realize that we need to work hard in building our spiritual life and building our relationship with the church. We will not achieve a good spiritual life by just loafing around or trying to get it the easy way just as Simon in today's reading thought he would.
Working hard to build our spiritual life includes prayer, going to church, being baptized, reading our bibles, sharing and even involving ourselves in church duties and we can be able to keep up with these by the grace of God.
We should ask God to give us the grace and strength to be able to keep up the relationship with him.
The Lord shall surely bless his word in our hearts. Amen!!!
