By the Power of Prayer... But WHOSE Prayer?

I need to think some more on this one. This verse makes it sound like only Jesus was able to pray... Or, perhaps his comment was a chastisement to them for trying to remove the spirits on their own volition? Maybe he was saying, you tried everything BUT prayer. Curios.
