God's Man and the Church He Shepherds

"Our Lord and our God," Jesus who purchased us (the Church of God) with His own blood, is the One who ordains/selects pastors to shepherd His people. The Word of God declares that Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are "One" - the Elohim, Jehovah God (Deuteronomy 4:6). Here we see that the very Holy Spirit of God is equally God, the "im" being plural in the Hebrew language. Moreover, since the role of pastor/teacher is a spiritual gift given by the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 4:7-12) to equip the flock for His work, it is a role, then, at its very nature unfettered by the limitless grace of God to affect real change in a dying world. Hence, "be on guard" against false teachers, false doctrine, and false sheep. It is the blood of Jesus that we plead. Nothing else; nothing less. Submit to the ordained authority of pastors, as they submit themselves before Almighty God, in spirit and in truth.
