The freedom and truth of Jesus often causes the morally good and religious to step into a blindness and hardness of heart they judge in others. Often we push legalism on others to hide our own unwillingness to truly change.

The more we think we know, the more we think we've got our religion in order, the more fearfully cautious we must be to stay out of blindness and pride.
