I've heard people refer to this verse when talking about In-Church bookstores, Church yard sales and even Church bake sales.
I can't believe they would even see it like that! The difference is so blatant that it boggles my mind.
The money changers and thieves Jesus threw out of the temple were obviously ripping people off and then keeping the profits for themselves.
Every In-Church bookstore, bakesale, yard-sale...whatever that I have ever seen is chock-full of bargins! And the proceeds always go to the church, either as a fund raiser for the youth or anything like that.
