True Salvation
Are we truly saved? A couple of friends and I got into a discussion that is battled in divinity schools and at bible studies around the world. Can you lose your salvation? My personal feeling is no. This passage states that either you haven't believed and never heard from the lord therefore were never truly saved. Or you were truly saved and you cannot lose your salvation. Througout the new and old testaments Salvation is used 120 times, not once does it clearly state that you can or can not lose your salvation which indicates to me that this needs to be ultimately left up to God and if you are worried about whether or not you can lose your salvation you need to reconsider what you're living for.
