A. King Solomon - Asked for wisdom, but got drawn away

C. must begin with knowledge that only God can meet you needs
2. Ambition - Strength
A. David - Establish the Kingdom
B. Paul - Destroy the Kingdom - Then build the Kingdom
1. Paul says, Take this thorn from me
2. God says, My grace is sufficient
C. Must begin from weakness, embrace it, take it to Jesus
3. Approval - Success
A. Moses - Prince of Egypt, killed a guard, maybe for approval
B. Peter - denials, and then Jesus' approval
C. Begins with our failures

Jesus embodies all this on the cross. Embrace the cross. Let grace come in and live the resurrected life.
