Springs of the Sea

Reading this verse seems like common sence, there are springs in the seas and oceans, that is common sense to science now. But the springs in the sea were not discovered, and recognized by science until the late 1900s. But here it is, there it was for thousands of years in the text of the Bible. So how did the writer know about the springs in the seas? Because the Bible is God Breathed, and God created the Seas, and everything in it.
