Is this a reference to the end of 'Sign Gifts'?

In the absence of the Bible we have now, the Apostles had 'sign gifts' to add veracity to their message. Is this verse saying that these gifts will cease as we move into the Church Age? Or is it saying they will cease in the completeness of Christ after the final days?
