Sanctified

I looked at this verse as Paul making clear to the the Corinthian church that they have been sanctified which Ryrie NAS defines as set apart. Since Corinith was know for everything sinful Paul seems to be reminding the church there that they are not to be like those who do not know Christ, becauase they have been set apart by their faith in Christ.
