Let there be light

In Gensis1:3-5, God commanded the light to shine and seperate light from darkness, but He didn't create the sun & moon & stars until the forth day (verses 14-19). Other passages in the Bible refer to God as light and mention that he wears a garment of light. This says to me that God illuminated the universe as well as seperating himself from darkness on the very first day of existance.
