Born of the Spirit
The significance here of being "born of the Spirit," reminds me not only of believers who are born again, not of flesh and blood, but also that Jesus was physically "born of the Spirit." Could this be a sort of allegory meaning that since we are born in the image of God and our main goal is to become more like Him, following conversion since we are "born again," does this somehow follow this line of reasoning?
