• therefore, since we have been justified through faith (Grace)- we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.

3: The sufficiency of our Salvation v3&4
• Power - 'His divine power has given everything we need for life and godliness'
• Source of power - through our knowledge.
• Promise - he has given us his very great and precious promise.
• participate in the divine nature.
• escape the corruption in the world created by evil desires.
