To hell or not to hell?

As hard as it is to grasp a loving God sending people to hell, it is very clear in this passage that there will be a clear separation between those who are true wheat and those who are just weeds. Thank goodness that it is not up to me to decide who the weeds are and who the wheat are. That after all is the message here, that God will be the one to decide who is wheat and who is a weed and if we try and weed out all the bad influences now we'll likely pull up some very valuable wheat instead.

We're casting out wide nets and praying for the redemptive power of the gospel to make huge changes in our very DNA and in the make up of our neighbors. But hell is real - a furnace of fire, weeping and gnashing of teeth.
