I am currently reading a book that I'm thoroughly enjoying about creating wealth. It points out obvious truths but presents them from a different angle. The author describes how his non-conformist way of thinking has enabled him to create great wealth and I find myself wanting to apply this 'wisdom' to create some wealth of my own!
So how appropriate that the Spirit should point me to this passage. This passage describes true wisdom, and what I should really pursue passionately.
Although I don't believe there is anything wrong with wealth creation, it needs to be motivated by loftier goals than our human ones. Everything we do should be for God's glory and to bless others.
And so as I embrace this author's teachings, I should not lose sight of the most important Book of all, for in this Book lies true wisdom.
