Say you looked upon a painting in which the paint was still wet, wet you never saw the painter. Is there still a painter? How do we know? Because there is evidence that points to a painter, or Creator. Take a look outside. If you see light, your witnessing the very first creation of God. The next creation was the sky, then dry land and seas, all of which he saw as good. Now look at the trees, the grass, the plantations and animals. God also called these things good as well. But how do we really know these things didn't happen on accidental? Well, let's look at a banana. A banana's peeling is very rubbery, almost, dare I say it, non-slip. Now look at the shape, hold a banana in your hand. Notice how it seems to fit perfectly in your hand? Did that ever strike you as interesting? What about how the banana tells us when it is ready to be eaten? Does it not turn colors: green when it is not ready, yellow when it is time to eat it, little brown spots warning us we must eat it quickly, then finally brown when it is no longer good to eat? Does none of this count as evidence that the banana had a Creator? If not, then why don't cans of Coca-Cola "accidentally" sprout from the ground? We know that there is a Creator by His creations, just as we know a painter painted.his paintings. It actually takes more faith to believe that the earth was created on accident than to believe that there is an all powerful God that created everything. Look at your hand. Your hand doesn't have just your fingerprints upon them. They have the very fingerprints of God, who created you perfectly the way you are. Do you know what God called Adam after he created him in His image? Not just "good" but VERY good. Humans, while flawed by their sinful nature, are the most perfect creation that God has made. That is why he sent Jesus Christ to die for us all so that he may have a relationship with those he created in his image. So anytime you begin to doubt the actuality of God, take a look around you. Look at the evidence of God.
God bless,
Chris
