Nicolaits
The works of the Nicolaits: that means that there is a distinction between the normal people and the "priests". It also stands for a hierarchy in the church (like Pope - Cardinals - priests - people). God finds all equal, and all holy. By the way, when we go through with that conclusion, one can even find that the form of a reverend is also a form of Nicolaits. Notice also the meaning of Nicollaits, it comes from Niko Laos, which means "to conquer the people". It is not a christian principle (see Matthew 23:8-10).
