Obadiah 1:18
This verse shows how God can take what is strong and dangerous and turn it to straw and take your weakness and turn it to fire and destroy that which used to enslave you. God is a God that does things so we all know that it is Him and not us. There is no way to overcome addictions and sin without God.
Fire usually means cleansing. So God will make a burning, cleansing fire come through and destroy the sin in your life and leave it as ashes.
