On Christ the Solid Rock I stand
Isn't it wonderful to know that our God never changes? That what He says will not be turned around. Jesus Himself declares that "Heaven and Earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away" (Mt 24:35). What He says He will do. Our God can be trusted.
Are we clinging on to His unchangeable and trustworthy Words in this ever-changing and fluctuating world? Is your feet set on solid ground? Are we even listening to His words? The foundation of a Christian life is Christ Himself. And yet, how many of us spend the time and effort to "hear" from Him through His Words? Many treasures lie within this letter from God.
Is your life full of uncertainty? Are you being blown by the winds of life? Rocked by the unexpected cards you have been dealt? My friends, let us set our lives upon the solid Rock.
