The Lord continues His instructions to Moses for the Sin Offering.

If a poor person sins then 2 doves or 2 pigeons must be sacrificed.

If a very poor person sins then they must sacrifice a tenth of an ephah of fine flour.

The Lord then tells Moses instructions for the Guilt Offering.

This was sin that would require restitution and would need a ram or lamb to be sacrificed.
