Knowledge Base

I sit in wonder as I listen to buddies talk about sports and the many statistics they know and it challenges my thinking. Is my knowledge base that has been building since birth eternal or temporary. Do we know more about the attractions of this world then the bible. Something to consider the next time we have down time.
