Big But's
In 2 Kings 5:1, we see a "big but".
The verse starts out reading off the distinguished resume of Naama... Commander of the Army, an Aramean, highly regarded by his master and the community, was a valiant soldier.... Then, there's the "but"...
(A smaller but appears in the same verse, too. When talking about how Naaman was so victorious in his battles with Israel, Scripture is clear to present the fact that the Lord gave victory to Aram through Naaman.)
