How all Israel will be saved...
'In this way' refers back to the preceding verse, in which some Jews are hardened (in the analogy, some branches are cut off) so that Gentiles may be brought in - and just the right number ('fulness'). So 'all Israel' is composed of all who, by faith, are drawn from every tribe tongue and nation. Israel is defined by faith, not works or ethnicity.
