Deuteronomy talks about the proper method of divorce.
In Ezra God commands the Israelite men to divorce their foreign wives.

On the flip side, in Malachi the Lord says "I hate divorce!"

In Matthew, Jesus says that a man that divorces his wife causes her to commit adultery and then explains it further in 19:3.

1st Corinthians commands a wife not to leave her husband and a husband not to leave his wife.
