Asa's feet


In 1 Kings 16, King Asa's diseased feet are mentioned but not commented on. It seems the writer of Chronicles took issue with his diseased feet. Why did King Asa have diseased feet and why was the Chronicler interested in it?
UPDATE:
After further investigation, I cross-referenced 1 Kings 16 and found that the writer of Kings called Asa "mighty". It seems Asa was a good king In 1 Kings 16 but, yet, it seems he's a bad king in Chronicles. Look at Matthew Henry's commentary for 1 Kings 16. He agrees that Asa is a good king. Now look at the Chronicler's account of Asa. Because Asa relied on others and not God, Asa has acted foolishly. Interesting...
