What is our aversion to Numbers
Numbers are all over the Bible they carry so much meaning and weight in so many different places. If we are just trying to grow because it is the cool thing to do then its not the right reason. But if we are growing because we want anyone and everyone to hear and know the message of Jesus Christ or as this says; more and more people may cause thanksgiving to overflow to the glory of God. It does not say more... like 5-10 people. More and more is a language that communicates the sky is the limit it does not stop.
